These are beautiful craftsman stone coasters - nice and thick, with full cork backing. They are substantial and an excellent value, just what I wanted. I ordered another set immediately. Would also make a lovely gift.
I love these! Great quality, really beautiful, and the stone absorbs all the condensation so the cups don't stick to the coaster and leave a mess. I'm definitely buying another set!
We needed new coasters with a backing that wouldn't scratch our 1960s vintage formica counters and other tabletop surfaces. Pleasantly surprised by the attention given to crafting this product: smoothed corners, nice cork backing and a natural (not shiny) finish that will easily wipe clean. Also liked we had a choice to buy something made in the USA - Betting this product will be around a long time. Would have liked more variation in each coaster's coloring but overall very happy with these.
They're really nice coasters. Heavy enough that they don't become stuck to the bottom of the drink and lift with the drink. The marble is not sealed so it can become stained with the drink over time but if you don't mind that it's fine. Once I got these and saw how nice they were I immediately bought another set to give to a fiend.
I bought these coasters about a year ago and they were all beautiful and in perfect condition. I just received 4 more and they were each thinner, and chipped in various areas
