Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Each piece from Craftsman Stoneworks is handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and packed before shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship via UPS and USPS within the contiguous United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–7 business days after shipment.

Packaging
Every order is carefully packed to protect your stone pieces in transit. Items are cushioned and secured to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damaged Items
Natural stone is heavy and occasionally fragile in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us at terry@craftsmanstoneworks.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right.

International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside the United States.
