Return & Refund Policy

Our Commitment
Every piece from Craftsman Stoneworks is handcrafted with care from natural stone. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at terry@craftsmanstoneworks.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us at terry@craftsmanstoneworks.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
Whiskey stones that have been used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
